I see that there was a QT patch here: https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/c/215221/ I'm not sure if this was backported to QT 5.10.

It's not yet in Tumbleweeed, but an update with this patch (and some more additional backported patches) is on the way: https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/570546
