[Bug 431721] New: nepomukserver crashes on logout, if only the soprano-sesame-backend is installed
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=431721 User sven.burmeister@gmx.net added comment https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=431721#c6 Summary: nepomukserver crashes on logout, if only the soprano- sesame-backend is installed Product: openSUSE 11.0 Version: Final Platform: 64bit OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: KDE4 Applications AssignedTo: kde-maintainers@suse.de ReportedBy: sven.burmeister@gmx.net QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: --- To reproduce just remove the redland and keep only the sesame backend. This will make nepomukserver crash on every logout. Since there is a dummy mentioned in the bt, this bug might also hint to a second issue, i.e. soprano not finding the sesame2 backend. With the command below the last line states that it does not find it. I did not ignore any dependencies and have all packages up-to-date, i.e. soprano and its backend have the same version number. sopranocmd --help | grep sesame (Soprano::PluginManager) found no soprano plugin at "/usr/lib/soprano/libsoprano_sesame2backend.so" Anwendung: Nepomuk-Serverdienst (nepomukserver), Signal SIGSEGV [?1034h[Thread debugging using libthread_db enabled] [New Thread 0xb658a6d0 (LWP 4528)] [New Thread 0xb4d6db90 (LWP 4530)] [KCrash handler] #6 QObject::thread (this=0xbfae701c) at kernel/qobject.cpp:1322 #7 0xb7faaf23 in Nepomuk::ServiceController::waitForInitialized ( this=0x81075d8, timeout=2000) at /usr/src/debug/kdebase-runtime-4.1.2/nepomuk/server/servicecontroller.cpp:240 #8 0xb7fac3c5 in Nepomuk::ServiceController::stop (this=0x81075d8) at /usr/src/debug/kdebase-runtime-4.1.2/nepomuk/server/servicecontroller.cpp:198 #9 0xb7fa81ed in Nepomuk::ServiceManager::Private::stopService ( this=0x80e50c8, sc=0x81075d8) at /usr/src/debug/kdebase-runtime-4.1.2/nepomuk/server/servicemanager.cpp:255 #10 0xb7fa834e in Nepomuk::ServiceManager::stopAllServices (this=0x80c0908) at /usr/src/debug/kdebase-runtime-4.1.2/nepomuk/server/servicemanager.cpp:322 #11 0xb7fa6ead in ~Server (this=0x805c788) at /usr/src/debug/kdebase-runtime-4.1.2/nepomuk/server/nepomukserver.cpp:66 #12 0xb7c8cd7f in QObjectPrivate::deleteChildren (this=0x805bac8) at kernel/qobject.cpp:1884 #13 0xb7c95913 in ~QObject (this=0xbfae73b4) at kernel/qobject.cpp:884 #14 0xb7c802a6 in ~QCoreApplication (this=0xbfae73b4) at kernel/qcoreapplication.cpp:516 #15 0xb71ec174 in ~QApplication (this=0xbfae73b4) at kernel/qapplication.cpp:1044 #16 0xb6d7aafe in ~KApplication (this=0xbfae73b4) at /usr/src/debug/kdelibs-4.1.2/kdeui/kernel/kapplication.cpp:944 #17 0xb6d81878 in ~KUniqueApplication (this=0xbfae73b4) at /usr/src/debug/kdelibs-4.1.2/kdeui/kernel/kuniqueapplication.cpp:372 #18 0xb7fadd66 in kdemain (argc=1, argv=0xbfae74d4) at /usr/src/debug/kdebase-runtime-4.1.2/nepomuk/server/main.cpp:64 #19 0x08048772 in main (argc=-1210701912, argv=0x80ef038) at /usr/src/debug/kdebase-runtime-4.1.2/build/nepomuk/server/nepomukserver_dummy.cpp:3 #0 0xffffe430 in __kernel_vsyscall () -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
