Sometimes Kate crushes when I'am trying to open some files saved in cp1251 encoding. In fact kate opened file but in default UTF-8 encoding but it crushes after choosing the cp1251 from Service>Encoding>Cyrillyc. And it crushes if I choose cp1251 in open dialog. Chashes happen only with few files. Others works fine. This file also crushes krusader editor the same fashion. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start kate 2. Open example file 3.
