When a repository actualisation fails and one selects to jump over it, all following repositories are not actualized too. It happend to me with http://download.videolan.org/pub/videolan/vlc/SuSE/11.3/ . download.videolan.org was not reachable at the moment. I wanted to omit the actualization and hit the "Überspringen"-Button, but yast-packager (2.19.7-1.5) went on without looking for the other repositories. I just had only the installed System in the list of installation sources. Then i deactivated the videolan repository and all worked as used to.
