No idea why these requires cannot be resolved by the buildservice. set "Provides" in xorg-x11-proto-devel for things which are not required for building X11.

Fake "pkgconfig(...)" provides? Feel free to do this in your xorg-x11-proto-devel package. Also, it's not my problem, that you want to maintain your own X stack. Please fix the issues you run into yourself.
