From drivers/scsi/megaraid/megaraid_mbox.c:
// Set the DMA mask to 64-bit. All supported controllers as capable of // DMA in this range pci_read_config_dword(adapter->pdev, PCI_CONF_AMISIG64, &magic64); hence I would assume that a failure to set the 64-bit DMA mask will result in an inoperable controller; much like you've seen. You could try to use the megaraid_old controller by forcing a manual bind: echo '101e:1960' > /sys/bus/pci/drivers/megaraid_old/new_id (after unloading megaraid, obviously). Maybe this one works for you ... -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
