/etc/sysconfig/dhcp specifies dhcpcd for DHCLIENT_BIN, however dhclient is
used.
network manager is in force, here, so whatever that means (it's about the most
opaque system in the known universe).
If this setting is ignored when NM is in force, a note in the file would be
nice indicating which options (all? none?) are ignored.
