This brings the start and finish dates into line with Tasmania (UTC +10) from 2008 onwards. As the change occurs during the DST period we must not issue any updates containing these changes until after October 28 2007, and they must all be out and in place before the last Sunday in March 2008 (March 30th). A further possible complication is that the change in South Australia is a one year trial, and could conceivably change back to the previous DST regime after the above dates if the trial is deemed unsuccessful. But that doesn't affect what we have to do now.
