[Bug 1197192] [Build 20220315] openQA test fails in installation
https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1197192 https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1197192#c6 Antonio Feijoo <antonio.feijoo@suse.com> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |antonio.feijoo@suse.com --- Comment #6 from Antonio Feijoo <antonio.feijoo@suse.com> --- (In reply to Dominique Leuenberger from comment #5)
The autoyast profile contains:
splash=silent video=1024x768 plymouth.ignore-serial-consoles console=ttyS0 console=tty kernel.softlockup_panic=1 resume=/dev/disk/by-uuid/6321c1ca-1069-4563-9bc0-52924646aa2a security=apparmor mitigations=auto
I'm wondering if that resume= can even work: the profile is migrated to a different machine and it is IMHO very unlikely that this resume parameter can work. If it ever did, then probably some component (autoyast, dracut) ignored it?
Yes, since the last build, dracut does not ignore the resume argument (unless the swap partition is netdev). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
