[AMD/ATI] RV530/M56-P [Mobility Radeon X1600] [ 25.632] (EE) Screen 0 deleted because of no matching config section. [ 25.632] (II) UnloadModule: "radeon" It ends up using fbdev. Also, default configuration with kernel modesetting produces graphic artifacts. With "nomodeset" and fbdev, the aspect ration is wrong. Functionally everything seems ok, apart from slowness.
Sure it's a dumb framebuffer. When times allows it we can try to reproduce and fix it (we still have a bunch of these X1600 gfx cards somewhere). But since this is hardware from 2007/2008 timeframe it's not that high in our agenda.
