http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=540939 Summary: "lpoptions -d" output is wrong Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 11.2 Version: Factory Platform: All OS/Version: SuSE Other Status: ASSIGNED Severity: Minor Priority: P5 - None Component: Printing AssignedTo: jsmeix@novell.com ReportedBy: jsmeix@novell.com QAContact: jsmeix@novell.com Found By: Development "lpoptions -d" works for me on my openSUSE 11.1 workstation with our current CUPS 1.3.11 -------------------------------------------------------------------- jsmeix@nelson$ lpstat -d no system default destination jsmeix@nelson$ lpoptions -d hplaserjet1220ps media=A4 finishings=3 copies=1 job-hold-until=no-hold ... jsmeix@nelson$ lpstat -d system default destination: hplaserjet1220ps jsmeix@nelson$ cat ~/.cups/lpoptions Default hplaserjet1220ps -------------------------------------------------------------------- but the "lpoptions -d" output is just wrong. It does change the particular user's default queue but its output does not match to this. It should be something like -------------------------------------------------------------------- jsmeix@nelson$ lpoptions -d hplaserjet1220ps default destination: hplaserjet1220ps -------------------------------------------------------------------- or no output at all ("no news is good news") in this case. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
