A click onto Qinternet icon let a window open with following message: "System policy prevents connection to smpppd" and ask for administrator password. I checked smpppd. Smpppd is running ! Only my privilege is gone. Also after login I get an error message that KDE detected that my audio device was removed. Impossible, because it's an onboard chip. A boot with turned off printer let the system working fine. I own privilege to use smpppd and the sound is working too. For the second test I used an usb bluetooth stick. The result was the same error. After that I tried this test on two other computers. The same result there. This error don't happen if an usb storage device is plugged instead printer or bluetooth device.
