Fix for this problem: replace the line "pyxrc = '/etc/pyxrc'" in the file "/usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/pyx/siteconfig.py" by the line "pyxrcdir = '/etc/pyxrc'". Rant: Finding and fixing the error in my local installation took 5mins. Reporting the bug took about 45 mins. The fact that your bugzulla is not very responsive an quite broken does not really help, but why the f-word do you need my address and phone number for a bug report?
