This is unfortunately working as expected
Tuned and tlp conflict and only one can be present without negatively impacting the other.
You need to choose if you want to use tlp or tuned and uninstall the other one
(Conflict was newly added on package level)
Dear Tumbleweed support staff. Thanks for your prompt attention to my reported bug. As a non programmer I don't have a clue as to how to perform the required actions to allow updates to start working again. it was my uneducated impression that the update package dependency checks were supposed to preclude such issues, and inform the user as to possible corrective actions.
