[Bug 1233733] ibt-0040-2120 not working firmware version
https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1233733 https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1233733#c4 --- Comment #4 from Joachim Langenbacch <joachim@falaba.de> --- Thanks for your effort! I have asked the manufacturer to point out, what specific change in the firmware he is referring to. I also tested kernel 6.12 now, which does not make any difference. So I have no working state with opensuse so far. I have only a working state with Ubuntu LTS 24.04 (noble). I can provide dmesg etc. from Ubuntu and current opensuse, if this might help. I also have compared the versions for any packages related to keyword bluetooth. The result is: OpenSUSE Ubuntu LTS 22.04 bluedevil 6.2.3-1.1 5.27.11-0ubuntu2 bluez 5.79-1.1 5.72-0ubuntu5 Kernel-firmware-bluetooth 20241113-1.1 20240318.git3b128b60-0ubuntu2 (+ibt-0040-2120 sfi and ddc file from above kernel firmware repo) libbluetooth3 5.79-1.1 5.72-0ubuntu5 Libhidapi-hidraw0 0.14.0-1.3 0.14.0-1build1 libQt5Bluetooth5 5.15.15+kde3-1.1 5.15.13-1 libQt5Bluetooth5-imports 5.15.15+kde3-1.1 libQt6Bluetooth6 6.8.0-1.1 6.4.2-5build2 libsbc1 1.5-3.1 2.0-1build1 sbc 1.5-3.1 2.0-1build1 Kernel 6.11.8-1 btw. 6.8.0-49.49 6.12.1-10 KDE 6.8.0 / 24.08 5:146ubuntu3 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
