I have restarted Apache2 via 'rcapache2 restart', but 'zypper ps' shows again the same recommendation with another files /tmp/apc.* . If I have deactivated the php5-APC module in PHP 5.3.2, so 'zypper ps' is happy because it could not find processes using deleted files. Afterwards I activated again the php5-APC module, zypper shows again the recommendation.
