[Bug 204376] None of the actually not mounted media is displayed on the system information page in KDE

(2) We maybe could change the HAL mount script to ignore volume.ignore=TRUE for the root user, but not sure because of bug #155682. (3) In general: HAL allow only mount volumes, if they are in fstab, which have as already discussed user/users mount option _and_ if they have mount a mount point in /media. We could fix maybe the user/users option for the root user but we can't change the /media check.
