Because on my side (clean install) I don't have any default radio stations... As far as I remember this can due to 2 things (clean install, no upgrades): #1 - It's borged and we need a fix. #2 - It's a feature and I've not included default radio stations (??). I know that during the 2.1.x releases (if memory doesn't fail on me, 2.1.3) there was a feature that allowed us to install default stations (I've emailed the opensuse-gnome list about it). We don't supply default radio stations. Though this isn't really the case being reported, but it might be linked. Pinging upstream to check out. I'm not entirely sure there is a bug here - we could add default Genres, we could add default stations, but without them Banshee still seems to be working as intended. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

The bug report is about default genres, and my previous intervention is about default radio stations, I'll try to get to the bottom of this, and if we're missing something, I'll fix it. Users should be able to type in the field, which is a positive for me. Quoting Bertrand on why not having default genres: "I guess the idea is that you can't really have default genres that will make everybody happy: one person's "Rock" is another person's "Indie Punk Folk Rock"... ;)" Closing this bug as invalid, the application is responding as intended.
