Also kdeinit and dcopserver don't start. They all show the same reason: /usr/bin/iceauth: creating new authority file /run/user/1000/ICEauthority ICE Connection rejected! DCOPClient::attachInternal. Attach failed Authentication Rejected, reason : None of the authentication protocols specified are supported and host-based authentication failed ICE Connection rejected! DCOPClient::attachInternal. Attach failed Authentication Rejected, reason : None of the authentication protocols specified are supported and host-based authentication failed DCOPServer self-test failed. kdeinit: DCOPServer could not be started, aborting. I'm using opensuse Tumbleweed; saturday, 20.07.2019, I made a globally update (all packages). System OK, KDE3 applications broken. Unfortunatly I'm using kmail daily as only mailclient.
