We can find out. Robby, was your TW installation an upgrade and can you check if you have 'xorg-x11-driver-input' installed on your system?
My TW installation was no upgrade. I installed a snapshot from about 1 month ago. And no, I have xorg-x11-driver-input not installed. But when I do not taboo xf86-input-synaptics, then zypper dup wants to pull in both: zypper dup Warning: You are about to do a distribution upgrade with all enabled repositories. Make sure these repositories are compatible before you continue. See 'man zypper' for more information about this command. Loading repository data... Reading installed packages...
