[Bug 357691] Suspend to disk in platform mode reboots instead of poweroff
http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=357691 User cgoncalves@opensuse.org added comment http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=357691#c16 --- Comment #16 from Carlos Gonçalves <cgoncalves@opensuse.org> 2009-08-31 11:14:17 MDT --- Created an attachment (id=316030) --> (http://bugzilla.novell.com/attachment.cgi?id=316030) dmesg log This might sound weird, but: - I could not reproduce this bug anymore on the installed system I had - Did a fresh install (same openSUSE 11.2 M6 medium) - After the first needed reboot, I did another one just in case. - Suspend to disk itself succeed, but machine resumed directly - Copied dmesg (file attached) - Followed your instructions (logger, ...) - From the two suspend-to-disk attempts I tried after, the machine didn't resume right away. Although, I'm in doubt whether you meant "powersave -U", because -u is to suspend to ram. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
