I am using an Intel D865PERL Socket 478 motherboard with 3 GHz CPU. Install drive is a PATA IDE 750 GB Hard drive set as boot drive. /dev/sda1 mounted on /swap /dev/sda2 mounted on / with ext3 or ext4 niether worked. RAM=4 GB dual-channel DDR800 I can install OpenSUSE 11.0 fine. Any Ideas? Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Attept to Install OpenSUSE 11.2 from DVD. 2. I tried to select a minimal text-based install. That did not work either. Actual Results: When the installer get to installing the bootloader, the progress bar freeze at 0% and the overall progress bar also freezes. The computer does not resond to either keyboard or mouse input. I have to shut it down hy holding down the poer button. Expected Results: The installer should have installed the bootloader and rebooted the computer to finalize the installation. I can install it on my HP Pavion M9000T Media PC fine.
