https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=326055 Summary: --ignore-failed-read used on a wrong position (users and ssh keys are not copied during installation) Product: openSUSE 10.3 Version: Beta 3 Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: ASSIGNED Severity: Critical Priority: P5 - None Component: Installation AssignedTo: locilka@novell.com ReportedBy: locilka@novell.com QAContact: jsrain@novell.com Found By: --- There is a feature of the installation that users, groups and ssh keys are copied to the installed system. Because option --ignore-failed-read is use before the archive name and not before the list of files to be copied, tar doesn't do anything. Two features are lost! Even if it was a tar's bug, it can be easily fixed and tested in a few minutes. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
