Actually for opensuse 12.3 I only added "-securitytypes none" to the xinetd file in tightvnc. But for factory I split the xinetd file to vnc and vnchttpd part. vnchttpd is left in tightvnc. (Submitted to X11:Utilities.) And vnc is moved to xorg-x11-Xvnc. (Submitted to X11:XOrg.) That way the services are where they belong.
