Sun Microsystems does simply not offer it. You must use java-1.4.2-sun + java-1.4.2-sun-plugin in order to get a working Java Plugin for your Firefox browser. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.

I got confused and forgot that we are talking about x86_64 -- sorry and thanks Andreas for opening my eyes. However, java not being in /usr/bin/java is still strange. As this was not the bugs original context AND I tested RC2 and RC3 without problems, I will close this bug as invalid.
