In particular if transaction tests are doing what the first sentence of the 2nd paragraph is explicitly forbidding then the test should be fixed.

Note that it's not about openQA tests, it's about transactional-update itself. openQA only uses transactional-update as documented. With this patch to transactional-update the reverts to the kernel commits can also be removed again.
