Because of this, "FW_DEV_EXT" is empty instead of having "any" there Network including firewall were configured in first stage but as SuSEfirewall2 is not configured yet, YaST Firewall guesses some default configuration (no "any" in EXT zone). Anyway, network and firewall configuration in first stage is part of YaST Network.
