I'm slightly confused by your "Every sync or mount produces the same crash dump". Have you tried mounting the filesystem again after the crash happened? Anyway, I think this is a duplicate of bug 679898 (reported against 11.4). So I've pushed relevant fixes from that bug to 11.3 as well. I'm closing the bug for now. If you see the issue again with a new kernel, please reopen it.
