I think we could provide a definition for guile-gnutls in the guile devel project devel:languages:misc where most of guile packaging lays. I'll remove all the guile stuff from gnutls once the new version is released and we can submit your packaged guile-gnutls together with the new gnutls version. Would that be fine? Note that, the changes around this are quite extensive [1] and the next version should be around the corner as their release cycle usually takes 2 to 3 months.
