Qt Creator prints the following message in the console: file:///usr/share/qtcreator/welcomescreen/welcomescreen.qml:35:1: module "qtcomponents" is not installed import qtcomponents 1.0 as Components ^ So it seems like it needs qtcomponents but they are not installed. I haven't found qtcomponents in the Qt repository. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.
