The last softwaremanagement update (patch:softwaremgmt == 791) is installed. What's happening is that the solver wants to install all older kernels as well due to a package bug in kernel-default-extra. I'm pretty sure that if you continue no downgrade will happen. I've opened a different bug to track the package bug (#502648), I'll leave this bug open to track the UI issue. Apart from that the functionality is ok. The UI shows: Right now 2.6.27.21-0.1.2 is installed and 2.6.27.19-3.2.1 is going to be installed (due to bug #502648).
