Usually they placed on taskbar or the top of the screen. Dragging window over it make them disappear. Most common it appears after fullscreen flash video watching. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open youtube.com browser 2. Start playing any video in fullscreenmode 3.
