[Bug 760874] New: wxWidgets-32bit and wxWidgets-devel-32bit not supplied
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=760874 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=760874#c0 Summary: wxWidgets-32bit and wxWidgets-devel-32bit not supplied Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 12.1 Version: Final Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: openSUSE 12.1 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: X11 Applications AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: Jonathan@alteredflux.com QAContact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:7.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/7.0.1 I couldn't find any trace of wxWidgets-32bit or wxWidgets-devel-32bit rpms in the offical repos or otherwise. Is there a reason for this or is it just an oversight? Would it be possible to get these added? It would be very helpful for x86-64 based installs. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Not Applicable Actual Results: Not Applicable Expected Results: Not Applicable It seems that most x86-64 packages have a corresponding 32bit and devel-32bit package as well. Maybe this one was just missed. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=760874 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=760874#c2 --- Comment #2 from Jonathan Brown <Jonathan@alteredflux.com> 2012-05-07 14:48:12 UTC --- A commercial package? No. But a popular emulator Pcsx2 requires the 32bit WxWidgets library and 32bit devel package to run compile or run properly in Linux. Don't mention the 0.9.4 version found in the Emulators repo, please. I'm sure it runs without these packages but that version is 4 years old. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

We seem to provide 32bit stuff for quite while and I see it in 13.2 so I am going to close this bug as fixed. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
