It shows different result in host and target (chrooted) system.

It's probably due to the fact that the udev database is missing in the chroot environment. It's normally located in /run/udev so this directory is probably missing. That said I don't see why you would need to chroot when querying the udev database... after all, devices are managed by the host system so it seems better to stay in the host environment when querying udev. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
