Booting into Linux works. After the first time I boot into Windows, Grub is like "gone". No Grub menu, no countdown, all the subsequent reboots go straight into Windows. The solution was to install Grub2. With that, everything works as expected. This bug was present in 11.3 too, on this computer. Motherboard is a 8200 Nvidia GeForce Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install from Live KDE USB stick, build 1044 2. Grub menu show, boot into Linux, all right, reboot 3. Boot into Windows, reboot 4. All seems to work just fine until the first time I select Windows in the GRUB menu. After that, it goes straight to Windows all the time, it doesn't display the menu anymore. How do you "select Windows" ? You can do it at boot time with the cursor keys, or before shutdown using "boot next" or so from KDM. Yes, Windoze might reset the active partition, which would be nasty. So, 2 questions: how do you "select" W.?
