The "systemctl status fwupd" command can check the status of fwupd. On the other hand, I didn't have hardware which can be supported by fwupd yet. So I can not reproduce issue. But I has upgrade fwupd to 1.6.2 version in my home branch: https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/home:joeyli:branches:Base:System:fwu... I will send it to openSUSE:Factory for a 15-SP4 Jira.
