I've noticed this after I have upgraded my Thumbleweed to 20161022, but it might be present sooner. I've check my other installations, it looks OK. I created it something like this and changed mode after that # lvcreate –type cache -L 19.9G -n DataLV_cachepool data/DataLV /dev/sdb
After creation it was working fine and lvs didn't show /var multiple times. I've noticed this after I have upgraded my Thumbleweed to 20161022, but it might be present sooner. I've check my other installations, it looks OK. I'm currently running 20161123 with same output.
