https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=299827#c299774 Summary: opensuse-updater-applet does not warn when it has no enabled installation sources Product: openSUSE 10.3 Version: Beta 1 Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: YaST2 AssignedTo: jkupec@novell.com ReportedBy: jdluhos@novell.com QAContact: jsrain@novell.com Found By: --- The openSUSE updater applet for GNOME does not produce any warning when all installation sources are disabled, or when there are no installation sources at all; it behaves as if the system was up-to-date. If there are no installation sources at all, and the user clicks on 'Check for Updates', the applet terminates completely without explanation. Please see also bug #299774 for the equivalent problem with the KDE applet. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
