I have to force a shut down and power it up again. Please give the dmesg output and the hwinfo output after the boot.
And, check whether it's a complete hang or not. e.g. try to access remotely before and after the suspend/resume.
You can find older 6.11.x kernels in TW history repo, too: https://download.opensuse.org/history/ Grab kernel-default-6.*.rpm from the old days, install it via zypper install --oldpackage option, and retest with it.
