https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=746067 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=746067#c0 Summary: crash while reboot after several s2ram Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 12.1 Version: Final Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: openSUSE 12.1 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Kernel AssignedTo: kernel-maintainers@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: lmuelle@suse.com QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: Development Blocker: No It's a Lenovo Thinkpad X201 running kernel-default 3.1.9-1.4-default efb5ff4 x86_64 I'm using suspend to ram regular and till yesterday it worked always as expected. I updated some Samba packages including some libraries (libldb1, libsmbclient0, libwbclient0, libtevent0, libtdb1, libtalloc2) and therefore zypper ps claimed some old binaries had been in use. Therefore I decided to reboot the system. While rebooting I saw the crash and make a screen shot of it. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

Also not seen with the 3.4.6 and 3.4.11 desktop kernel of openSUSE 12.2. Therefore I would close this report with the resolution works for me. Due to Jeff's comment #5 I'm keeping it open. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
