When selecting this as first choice, sound works imediately when Amarok starts up. I must say that the sound of the music is very bad compared with my 11.1 install on the same machine. On the 11.1 install the sound is very clear, while on 11.2 it seems like the fequency is wrong: scratchy noises make the tones dirty, like the system is set too loud. In fact this difference is so big, that when i realy want to listen to the music, i have boot my 11.1 install. All the same computer. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

I'm helping with a cleanup of KDE bugs that are from obsolete versions or may no longer be valid. This is so the developers can focus on developing openSUSE 11.3 Here is some information about this: http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-kde/2010-02/msg00015.html http://en.opensuse.org/KDE/BugSquashing ***Robby, is this still a problem for you in 11.2 final? Cheers Steve -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

NPWSE with this version, sound is great too. I guess you just close it, as there is nobody else who complained yet.. :-) -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
