quickstarts as appendix

I'd also like to see a TOC of all parts (see attachment).

I think before the longish "Contents" TOC starts, we should offer a TOC with
the just the titles of the members of the set.  Thus the reader can quickly see
all the books and quickstarts belonging to this HTML set.

Alternatively, an unexpanded TOC would be nice, but that's probably something
for later.
