The problem is caused by the configuration of the repositories in OBS. Query OBS like this: https://api.opensuse.org/search/published/binary/id?match=project='Education'+and+name='italc' and you will see that "baseproject" is correctly set for 13.1, Evergreen, Tumbleweed, etc. but is set to "devel:languages:python" for 12.2, 12.3 and Factory. software.o.o uses the baseproject attribute to categorize the packages.
