The problem is that there is no default calendar/addressbook configured. Although I have the files defaultaddressbook and defaultcalendar in the directory /usr/share/kde4/apps/akonadi/firstrun/default. Click on "Hinzufügen ..." and select "Persönliche Kontakte". Then just press "OK". Click on "Hinzufügen ..." and select "ICal-Kalenderdatei". As "Dateiname" enter "$HOME/.kde4/share/apps/korganizer/std.ics", as "Name" enter "Persönlicher Kalender" and press "OK". (you can of course also use other values if you want to) Now your problems should be gone. /usr/share/kde4/apps/akonadi/firstrun/default was of course a typo. The files are in /usr/share/kde4/apps/akonadi/firstrun/ . Those files should create the resources on first start but for some reason this doesn't work for defaultaddressbook and defaultcalendar.
