When I try to print the first page of that document in particular, it seems to go off (though only to lpr; the print dialog doesn't seem to allow me to select a printer; it's lpr or file), but the printer demands to be loaded with 7x8.5 paper. If I print to file, the resulting PostScript is good (per gs as above), but it causes similar confusion when sent to the printer. After using psresize (from the psutils package) to make certain that it's letter, the output prints fine. I think there may be something wonky with that pdf, though, in fairness, acroread prints it.
