Various packages fail integrity checks causing gnome and kde yast updaters to
fail the update.

For example, via the yast installer for KDE3 and 4, this is one of the many
errors given to various packages, too many to list.  Error: INVALID:Package
ndesk-dbus-0.6.0-26 fails integrity check. Do you want to retry?

Retrying produces the same error.

Gnome produces similar results, only states that the update was aborted by
user.

Steps to reproduce:

KDE 3 and 4:
Open the software updater in YAST.  Filter by repository, select the factory
inst-source repository (not the debug), go to the package menu, select all
packages, then update if newer package is found.

Gnome:
Simply use the Update app.
