The file most probably contains a line bbswitch-kmp-desktop. This line is created when you delete bbswitch-kmp-desktop (or deselect it in yast). The line prevents the package from being selected again unless it is required. In the above case the solver prefers switching to -default rather than re-selecting bbswitch-kmp-desktop. I was removing and adding the stuff like crazy for testing purposes there so it resulted in it...
