Only after upgrading all packages to 11.0, all Firefox functionality is restored. Would be nice if the firefox rpm depended on the packages and specific versions it really needs to, instead of just its shared libraries. I guess it was some libgnome thing... bookmarks returned and everything. Very strange. Bookmarks not handled by firefox but a library? Sounds like DLL Hell to me. 2. As for "I can't update bookmarks", here is how to reproduce it: have a bookmarks.html file in ~/.mozilla/firefox/<funky-id>/bookmarks.html and also have the ~/.mozilla/firefox/<funky-id>/bookmarkbackups directory with JSON files in it. Then, pulling a favicon onto the Bookmarks bar and then closing firefox does not save it.
