Select /var/log/YaST2/y2log, and see empty window. (BTW, I do not understand what is written in the dialogs at screenshot 2). Are you able to reproduce it every time? Does it help when you remove (=backup) your old log file and try to view new (=small) one? I use GTK frontent. if i use ncurses frontent, i can view log, but after i view log from ncurses, i can view log from gtk, as y2logs get small after log rotation. You can view log of 7-10 Mb, from gtk frontent? And view all log 100% from start to end? Could you attach exactly that y2log file that causes the problem for you? 2.
