Now zen-updater does not list python as to be installed, but yet it tries to install it behind the curtains (already tried to restart zmd etc, no help). I cannot see in the logfiles WHY it is still missing I assume that sqlite-3.3.8-14 will be deleted to due dependency problems. Can you reproduce the bug with YOU too ? Can't remember if I touched the repository configuration though .. don't think so.
